This course will provide a more in depth understanding of the Gyrotonic Level 1 curriculum and provide students with the specific skills and techniques needed to teach these exercises to clients.
Successful completion of this course will allow students to enter their Level 1 Apprenticeship, the next step toward Level 1 Final Certification.
